FOCUS BUSINESS CENTER or FOCUS ON BUSINESS is a boutique property that has been adapted to new functions on the premises of former Wrocławskie Zakłady Kartograficzne [Wrocław Cartographic Works] located in former German buildings form the 19th and 20th century. In this process, reference was made to the raw nature of the OLD PRINT HOUSE. Inspired by this old print house, the object gives the opportunity of LOFT design, and the interior design is a continuation of the post-industrial style. Reference to the history while using the latest technologies in the reconstruction and transformation of this unique place and adaptation to the new needs of today’s demanding client with respect to the beauty and class of old buildings, gives the rooms a fashionable, yet LOFT nature without limiting their functionality.

The closed property was used to build an integrated, peaceful enclave in the city centre. Moreover, well-thought-out nature of adaptation enables flexible modelling of the rental space – entire buildings with connected floors allow achieving virtually any surface areas and arrangements with the emphasis of LOFT design. The organisation allows to enjoy all the advantages of the central location of the property without the accompanying disadvantages – noise and traffic.
